Enalog launches patient portal
After intensive work, we will deploy the patient portal we have been developing. First out is the healthcare company Feelgood's medical center in Malmö. The portal gives the patient the opportunity to read his journal online, see lab test results and prescriptions and send requests for prescription renewal. The patient can also send questions to their caregivers and write a health diary.
The patient logs in with username and password provided after an ID check at each medical center. In addition, a one-time password is sent via SMS to the patient's cell phone in conjunction with each login. The portal is intended to give the patient more control over their care, while saving time for administrative staff.
